Biography

Dr Alison Greenway BSc (Hons) PhD, LLB, GAICD is currently Associate Dean and Senior Director Enterprise and Partnerships at Monash University.

As a business development and commercialisation executive, Dr Greenway has extensive experience leading biomedical and public health business development activities in universities and medical research institutes. Alison has also run a consultancy. Dr Greenway is current the Secretary and Public Officer on the board of BioMelbourne Network.

Alison graduated her PhD in Biochemistry from Monash University and spent ten years leading research in HIV virology. Dr Greenway holds a Bachelor of Laws from Latrobe University and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a lawyer. Alison was appointed to the Leadership Advisory Board of the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute (ARMI) in November 2025.
