Biography

Roger Flynn’s career has been in the development, manufacture and distribution of engineered products, based in Australia and for a period in the United States (US).

Early in his career he led divisions of large corporations. In the second half of his career, he was CEO and a Director of 4 ASX listed companies over several decades with operations in Australia, 5 Asian countries, New Zealand, South Africa, the US and the United Kingdom.

He was also a Chair or Non-Executive Director of a number of other ASX-listed companies.

He is a Governor of The Florey a Director of the Trustee company responsible for the Cunningham Dax Collection Trust and its 16,000 mental health related artworks.

He graduated from Monash University B. Engineering (Hons) and completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) whilst living in the US. Roger was appointed to the Leadership Advisory Board of the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute (ARMI) in November 2025.
