Yiteng Hou is a recent Master of Pharmaceutical Science graduate and an incoming PhD student in Alzheimer’s disease research. His work focuses on drug development, and innovative therapeutic strategies, with a strong interest in translating scientific discoveries into real-world medical treatments. Through his academic training and placement experience, he has developed expertise in optimizing clinical trial design, applying diverse experimental techniques, and evaluating novel therapeutics. He has also contributed to research and project work that strengthened his skills in scientific problem-solving, critical analysis, and translational thinking. Yiteng is driven by a passion for solving complex biomedical challenges and advancing therapies that can improve patient outcomes. Outside of research, he enjoys continuous learning and exploring new developments in pharmaceutical science and innovation.
