ARMI Annual Report 2025

ARMI’s 2025 Annual Report showcases an impactful year of progress from discovery to delivery. Spinout Myostellar secured Monash Ventures Pre-Seed Fund support to develop first-in-class biologics for muscle regeneration, offering a new approach for treatment.

Baker Foundation Fellow in Tissue Engineering and EMBL Australia Group Leader, Dr William Roman, pioneered cost-effective spatial transcriptomics while Group Leader Dr Nathalie Saurat established her team to develop research models for Alzheimer’s disease.

ARMI researchers published world-leading science in 50 papers in international journals, including the Nature Communications study by Dr Xinli (Cindy) Qu and Dr Ehsan Razmara revealing a self-repair mechanism in the developing skeleton.

These achievements exemplify ARMI’s global leadership in regenerative medicine, and we are grateful to all of our supporters who make this work possible – thank you.
