Regenerative Medicine

The Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute (ARMI) focuses on discovering how the body develops and repairs itself and leveraging that information to develop treatments for certain diseases, conditions and injuries. ARMI researchers use disease models with regenerative capabilities, such as stem cell models, zebrafish and axolotls, to investigate the underlying mechanisms and develop innovative therapeutics.
