ARMI Annual Report 2020

In what was an unprecedented year globally, ARMI staff and students rose to the difficulties with great adaptability and resilience. In spite of the year’s challenges, 2020 saw ARMI’s standing as a world-leading institute in the field of regenerative medicine continue to grow, with another great year of research published in the highest-impact academic journals.

While a critical part of the progress in 2020 was the rapid implementation of the five-year strategy, the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute Strategic Plan 2020 – 2025. ARMI has created an innovative research environment and is ideally placed to translate that research into therapies, with close contacts with both clinicians and industry. These connections will help ARMI to fulfill the mission to discover new regenerative medicine therapies through cutting-edge research and global collaboration.
